This role will be a working-level manager who will have responsibility for contract administration duties as well as review of other team members’ work and mentorship. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) and experience negotiating terms and conditions both as Prime and Subcontractor in the federal space. Excellent communication skills will be required for day-to-day interfacing directly with external customers and internally with multiple functional organizations including program management and business management. This Position can be based out of either Great River, NY or Clarksburg, MD.

The annualized pay range for this role is $113,094.90 - $144,510.15 USD along with a target ICP/bonus of 10%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
