We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the Contracts Operations Specialist role within our Contract’s Department in our Clarksburg, MD Campus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Contracts Operation Analyst and Data Processing Contracts Associate in daily functions.
  • Process repair shipments
  • Data entry and submit requests for shipping instructions via multiple Government and third party websites and software tools
  • Routine interface with the Shipping, Quality and Finance Departments
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • U.S. Citizenship required.  Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must be able to access and use VIM-ASAP
  • 2+ years of administrative or shipping experience and Associates degree
  • Proficient computer skills and accurate data entry
  • Keen problem solving skills – see a problem create a solution or ask for help
  • Experience with PeopleSoft a plus
  • Experience in contracts or finance a plus
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication and customer service skills – English Proficiency Required
  • Attention to detail/ able to multi-task and work to daily deadlines
