    We are looking for a top-notch full-time, fixed-term (6 - 9 monthsILS Analyst to work in our Clarksburg, MD Campus.  This position is eligible for medical benefits and leave time.


    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to wide range of TDSI programs.
    • Researches, develops, and validates government deliverables including: Plans of Instruction, Instructor Guides, Trainee Guides, and Presentation Packages.
    • Interfaces with peers and logistics personnel, program management, hardware and software engineering SMEs, and user personnel to generate new documentation.
    • Interprets mission/support scenarios and translates them into logistics support requirements.
    • Reviews field support requirements and recommends path for system support helping department staff to develop and achieve strategic business plan objectives.
    • Performs Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability Analysis.
    • Required background in the development of technical publications, in accordance with military standards, working knowledge of XML Coding of technical pubs a plus.
    • Develops ILS Support and Maintenance Plans, including, Level of Repair Analysis, supportability analysis, and maintenance demonstrations.
    • Communicates effectively with the engineering, business development and advanced projects teams regarding ongoing challenges, solutions and capabilities.
    • By example, sets the standards that embody the TDSI Core Value and Thales Leadership Model.
    • Maintains a high ethical standard of practice, including compliance with all company procedures


    • US Citizenship required. 
    • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.  
    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS/BE).
    • 7-10+ years of ILS experience.
    • Strong analytical skills in Logistics Support Analysis.
    • Must possess an understanding of military systems acquisition logistics and fielding process.
    • Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with employees in all departments and functions.
    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products, XML Coding capable programs (such as, Arbortext), and other logistic data base tools.
