    We currently have an opening in our Clarksburg office for a Configuration & Data Management (CDM) Specialist. This position reports directly to the CDM Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees overall CM responsibility on assigned projects
    • Prepares CM Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
    • Maintains user access and permissions within PLM tool suites
    • Develops and maintains project Configuration Management Plan
    • Implements CM processes on projects
    • Maintains customer deliverables and tracking of data items
    • Conducts In-Process Audits
    • Coordinates Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) with support from Engineering and Quality Assurance
    • Supports Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) for Quality Assurance
    • Produces CM Metrics
    • Produces CM Reports based on business needs
    • Resolves CM defects on projects
    • Facilitates CCB Meetings
    • Implements document release and control process
    • Exhibits strong organizational and communication skills
    • Contributes to the development and improvement of CM processes
    • Demonstrates support for company values and vision and embrace TDSI Core Values
    • Maintain a high ethical standard of practice, including compliance with all company procedures.

    Qualifications

    • US Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.
    • Minimum 2 to 7 years of Configuration Management experience.
    • AA degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Prior experience and knowledge of DoD data formats and standards preferred.
    • Proficient in PLM and change management software tools.
    • Experience with Windchill (PLM), Atlassian Jira preferred.
    • Knowledge of Atlassian tool suite using Git preferred.
    • Knowledge of CM standards EIA-649, MIL-STD-973,and MIL-HDBK-61A.
